Sharing Results of 3 Months of Intermittent Fasting
I tried the 16:8 method for 3 months.
Starting weight: 78kg → Current: 71kg. Body fat percentage: 24% → 19%.
The first week was tough due to hunger, but once I adapted, meal control became much easier.
Note: Coffee or other drinks don't help maintain a fast. Only water is effective.

Wow, losing 7kg is amazing.
16:8 is good. I've been doing it for two months and it definitely works.
I tried it too, and the first week was the hardest. I drank a ton of water just to hold out until lunch. Seems like the effect is real.
But did you do it without exercise? Losing 7kg in 3 months, if it's just through diet control, you might experience the yo-yo effect. It would be better to combine exercise.
I agree that coffee is also bad for maintaining an empty stomach. When I drink Americano, I get heartburn and feel hungrier, so I only drink water.
How was your diet? Did you also restrict calories?
Honestly, fasting alone is hard to maintain in the long run. It can be bad for stomach health, and correcting lifestyle habits is more important.
Oh, I didn't know about this. Should I give it a try? lol
