Job Postings for Developers Are Scarce These Days
There are genuinely so few job postings that I'm freaking out. Even with three years of experience, there aren't many places to apply. How is everyone else getting by?

Yeah, me too. There really aren't any job postings these days.
That's right. Even though I'm in my third year, there aren't many suitable places to apply.
I was similar when I was at the 3-year mark. Back then, I expanded my portfolio by taking bootcamp courses and working on personal projects. Now I'm at the 5-year mark, and it's better than before, but still not as good as back then.
But are there really no job postings? I've seen about 5 just this month. It seems like there are quite a few if you search mainly for Java or Python. Maybe you're looking too narrowly?
Hang in there... everyone's going through tough times, so let's push through together.
Lately, even hiring for experienced roles has become strict. The SI sector keeps recruiting, but the treatment isn't great, so people are reluctant to go. It might be better to just stick with your current place and build up your credentials.
