What do you think about the claim that AI is more dangerous than climate change?

I recently saw a report about the 'possibility of human extinction if AI goes out of control,' and even experts are divided on this.

One side says 'we need to regulate it immediately,' while the other argues 'if we fall behind in competitiveness, we'll lag behind other countries.'

I'm skeptical about whether AI can keep up with social systems given the rapid pace of economic development. The job issue, in particular, is becoming a tangible reality.

Well, isn't climate change more immediately noticeable? AI is still within a controllable range.

But considering the pace of AI development, it's understandable to be worried. The job issue is probably going to be really serious lol.

I've seen similar reports before, and even experts don't have a definitive answer. I think we need to wait and see a bit more.

The gap between economic development and social systems has already begun. Isn't it not just AI that's the problem, but our preparation being even slower?
