Ended Up Binge-Watching a Drama Until 3 A.M.

I told myself I'd watch just one episode and go to bed, but I got curious about the ending and watched four in a row... I have work tomorrow, this is bad.

I did the same thing yesterday. I meant to watch just one episode, but ended up watching six... I couldn't even open my eyes this morning. Still, no regrets lol

Well, that's a bit... If someone who has work in the morning watched until 3 AM, isn't that a matter of their own self-control? Let's not blame the drama.

What is it? What is it? What drama is this?

I repeated this pattern for three weeks and eventually scrapped the "just one episode" rule altogether. Instead, I switched to binge-watching only on Friday nights, and that's been much better. On weekdays, the answer is to not even hit play on the first episode. It's not something you can do with willpower alone, so you have to change your environment.

This is so true lol. The moment you decide to sleep is the most dangerous.

The next episode preview is the real problem. Without it, I could stop right there, but after watching that 30-second preview, I just can't resist.

Isn't that old news? These days it's gotten even worse because of autoplay lol. At least there used to be a preview; now a 5-second countdown takes you to the next episode.

For now, try to get at least a 20-minute nap during lunch today. If you go to sleep right after work, your rhythm will get back on track. And tomorrow, I recommend keeping your phone away from your bed.
