Agreed, same here... I don't get why they pass you on the application and then reject you in the interview lol

If you keep bombing interviews, there's a high chance it's an issue with your speech or how you structure your answers. I recorded my answers and listened back, and after I completely cut out filler words like 'um, uh...', my pass rate went way up. Just record one interview video of yourself and review it. It's embarrassing, but it really helps.

Well, that's a bit... The fact that you got past the document screening already proves your qualifications, doesn't it? It wasn't a matter of skill—you just weren't a good fit for that company. Don't beat yourself up too much.
