What I Thought After Failing 8 Interviews

I still get through document screening fairly often, but I keep slipping whenever I make it to the interview stage. At first I wondered if it was a lack of technical skills, but now I wonder if it's just that there were a lot of companies that weren't a good fit for who I am.

I keep spending money and time, and managing my mental state is the hardest part. How do you all hold up?

If you've done 8, you haven't even reached the halfway mark yet. I failed more than 20 times before I finally passed. Interviews are 30% luck and 70% skill, but that 70% eventually grows with the number of attempts.
