Shipped a Side Project in 3 Months and Nobody's Using It
I did everything myself—from planning and design to development and deployment. The stack was Next.js + Supabase, and it took 3 months of working a little after work and on weekends.
But it's been a month since launch and there's barely any traffic lol. I'm really feeling that getting the word out is 10x harder than building.
Next time, I'm thinking of not building features first, but asking the community first and only building if there's interest. For those who've done this, how did you promote yours?

Making a certification is fun, but the moment you have to announce it, it turns into tedious grunt work lol
Shipping in just 3 months is impressive on its own. But honestly, isn't it less "nobody uses it" and more "nobody knows about it"? If traffic is near zero, it sounds like you didn't even distribute it across channels—where did you post it? You should at least cover Disquiet, Product Hunt, Reddit's side-project subreddits, and Twitter builder communities as a baseline, and write with a different tone for each channel. Copy-pasting the same post won't get any engagement.
