Agreed... a 20% yield rate is pretty serious.
It's good that Samsung introduced GAA first, but getting to mass production is what really matters. TSMC definitely feels like it's taking the more stable path.
Isn't this the same as last year's article? The yield story keeps coming up, but has there actually been any improvement?
They did well back in the Samsung 14nm days, but this time feels a bit different... Still, I'm hoping for an Exynos revivalㅠㅠ
It's only natural that clients are flocking to TSMC. Reliability is the most important factor in foundry, and Samsung still feels less proven.
