Applied to 200 Jobs, Rejected in Screening for 190

Even with experience, this is what happens. I don't know if it's my resume or the market. Just venting...

T_T I was in the same boat last year. I sent out 200 applications and got 3 interviews... I think it really is a market issue. Timing mattered more than actual skill.

200 is genuinely diligent, but honestly, if you spray them out like that, they’ll all get rejected. It’s much better to read each company’s posting, tailor your application, and submit 30. Even more so if you have experience.
