Applying for an entry-level backend role: what should I include in my portfolio?

I completed a bootcamp without a CS background and have been applying for three months now. I keep getting rejected at the resume screening stage, and I think my projects seem too generic.

It seems like everyone does at least a CRUD board + login + deployment... Would it be better to describe the troubleshooting process in detail instead, even if the project is smaller?
