A Roundup of Prompts I Use Often at Work (Copy-Paste Ready)
I put together the prompts I use every day at work. I gathered only the ones you can use as-is.
- Summary: "Summarize the following document in 3 lines and pull out 5 key keywords. Don't guess—only use what's in the document."
- Translation: "Translate the sentences below into a business email tone. No literal translations."
- Code review: "List the possible exceptions in this function, and suggest handling code for each."
- Meeting notes: "From the conversation below, organize only the decisions, owners, and deadlines in a table."
Surprisingly, the most important part was adding the one line, "If you don't know, say you don't know." Without it, it makes up things that aren't there.

Yep, this is right lol Especially that last line is the key. Once I added it too, my hallucinations dropped a lot
