Today I made whole roasted chicken with an air fryer lol
I tried making whole roasted chicken for the first time after buying an air fryer and it was a success! Perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside. I followed a recipe I found online, and 180°C for 25 minutes was just right. If anyone has air fryer tips, please share.

Yeah, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, super delicious lol
Isn't 180 degrees a bit high? I've been reading well even at 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
I also often cook chicken in an air fryer. If you flip it once in the middle, it cooks evenly. And it's tasty even if you just sprinkle salt and pepper.
Well, I did the same but it didn't cook. Seems like there's a difference in model. Don't just trust the recipe; you need to check the state and adjust.
I once put a whole raw chicken in and was shocked to see blood coming out lol. But I still cook it often because it's way more convenient than an oven. A tip: if you line it with parchment paper, the bottom gets crispy too.
Oh, I didn't know that. I should try it too.
