I'm a job seeker set to complete a government-funded training program next February. I've been hearing a lot from people around me that 'there are almost no new grad hiring rounds these days' and 'companies only hire experienced developers,' which is making me anxious. I'm preparing specifically for backend roles—will my portfolio and certifications (like the Information Processing Engineer license) be enough? I'd appreciate any advice from current professionals.
