There's Really Nothing to Watch These Days
I turned on Netflix and spent 30 minutes scrolling through the list before turning it off.
I'm thinking about just rewatching something I've seen before.

Fr, same—I turned on Netflix yesterday and 30 minutes later just fled to YouTube lol. Ended up just having a staring contest with the recommendation algorithm and turned it off.
When that happens, it’s better to switch genres entirely. I was also stuck on Netflix for months because I had nothing to watch, but what I ended up rewatching was an old American show I’d seen before. Still, a rewatch isn’t bad—even if you know the ending, you notice new details, so it goes by surprisingly easily. Or you could switch platforms altogether and browse older titles on Wavve or TVING. If you stick to just one platform, your tastes get narrower and you end up with even less to watch.
Well, I don't know about that. It's not that there's nothing to watch—isn't it more that you're just not looking? The whole "old dramas were better" thing is also a mix of nostalgia for that era and rose-tinted memories. Even back then, plenty of people said there was nothing to watch. Just pick something that fits your taste and try sticking with it through episode 1.
