Any tips for organizing documents with AI these days?
I have a lot of reports to organize at work, and using GPT has been pretty good. But how should I structure the prompts to get clean results?

I get good results when I include 'summarize concisely in 3 lines' in the prompt.
Agreed, GPT is good but sometimes the content jumps lol
Just put in an example that's similar in style to the original report. The output turned out much better.
I've heard Claude is actually better at document organization. GPT is good for creative stuff.
Make sure to verify the source. If you include statistics made up by AI, you're doomed.
I found it convenient to put 'In Korean, exclude the cover, auto-generate table of contents' in the prompt.
Well, I feel like organizing with AI actually clouds my logic... I prefer writing it myself.

Isn't there a security issue with company documents? You'd have to be careful if using external AI.
