What's with the 'God Life' trend among MZ generation these days?
I see a lot of people on Instagram posting certification shots of waking up at 5 AM, meditating, exercising, and reading. Do people actually live like that? I'm already exhausted just from commuting to work. How do you all manage your daily routines?

Haha, I'm also one of those people whose energy drains the moment I clock in... But lately, I've been finding some comfort in this 'slow grind' concept I saw on YouTube. It seems like the key isn't necessarily waking up at 5 AM, but having your own routine. I'm satisfied with just a 30-minute walk after work plus 10 minutes of journaling.
I see the 'gap life' trend positively overall. At least it serves as a motivation to take an interest in self-improvement. However, doing it just for show is a problem. I started my day by opening the window and taking deep breaths for 5 minutes, and it's surprisingly effective. Highly recommend!
At first, I was like, 'Is that even possible?' but when I actually tried it, it was more doable than I thought. I wake up at 6, stretch for 20 minutes, and read 10 pages of a book. Starting small made it feel less overwhelming. I think the key is not to obsess over a perfect routine but to find your own pace.
Honestly, I sometimes wonder if those certification shots are all edited before being posted. I tried following along once, but I couldn't even last a week before giving up. Working out before commuting actually made me more tired and hurt my work efficiency... Isn't the real 'god-tier life' just finding a routine that suits you?
Actually, I find that kind of certification culture stressful. Seeing the 'god life' tag on Instagram makes me depressed. Everyone looks so amazing, but I can't even be bothered to shower after work... Has anyone here tried following this and ended up burned out?
I'm not about waking up at 5 AM, but I switched to investing just 30 minutes before work for light meditation or journaling. I've found that 'small but consistent' beats a perfect routine in the long run. I think it's more important to find a routine for your real life, not just an Instagram-worthy 'perfect life'.
