Is the 'God Life' Trend Among MZ Generation Real?

On Instagram and YouTube, there are many 'god life' creators who wake up at 5 AM every day, meditate, exercise, and study. It does motivate me, but it also feels like pressure to live too perfectly. Are there actually people around you who live like that? Or is it just a performance for social media? I'd like to hear some realistic stories.

Actually, watching those kinds of videos stresses me out, so I don't watch them. Everyone has their own pace, and getting trapped in the 'god-tier life' frame seems to backfire.

I actually have a friend who wakes up at 5 AM. But they said it was tough at first, and they found a routine that works for them—they don't force others to follow it blindly.

I believe what's more important than 'living the perfect life' is 'living my own life.' The life shown on social media isn't everything, so don't feel too pressured. Making small changes to your habits, one step at a time, leads to real transformation.

Has anyone actually tried this? I get the motivation part, but I'd love to hear some specific tips or practical advice. For example, things like adjusting sleep schedules.

There's actually a lot of content made just to earn money on YouTube. Don't you think there are more people living a truly 'god-tier life' quietly without posting it on social media? I've decided to just live at my own pace too.

Among 'god-life' creators, there may be some who genuinely live that way, but most of their content involves editing and staging. In reality, setting three alarms and barely getting out of bed is the norm.

I tried following that once too, but gave up after three days lol. But now I just adjust it to my own routine—waking up at 7 AM and doing just 30 minutes of exercise feels satisfying enough. It doesn't have to be perfect.

Honestly, I think 90% of it is just performance for social media. I've never seen anyone around me actually waking up at 5 AM, and more often than not, people end up burning out and quitting.
