It took me three years. I broke into it twice along the way and almost went back to zero, but this time I actually saved it lol.
It's not a huge amount, but seeing the leading digit of my bank balance change feels strangely satisfying. I'm ordering fried chicken today.

Splitting your accounts and putting it somewhere hard to touch is the answer. Whether it’s a savings account or whatever, setting up automatic transfers keeps your hands off it.

Having failed twice is actually an asset. It took me 4 years to reach my first 100, and then just 1 year to reach the next 500. Once you get past the initial phase, you pick up speed. You got this!
