Two Years into Remote Work and Burned Out – How Did You Overcome It?
I've been working remotely since COVID-19, but it's getting harder. The line between work and life has blurred—I find myself sending work emails at 10 PM, and I've stopped exercising, so my stamina has dropped. Lately, I've been experiencing burnout symptoms where I don't feel like doing anything. How did you all overcome this?

I've had a similar experience. To create a sense of commuting to work, I started taking a 30-minute walk in the morning before starting work, and it helped establish boundaries. After work, I completely shut down my computer and turned off work-related notifications on my phone. Burnout takes time to recover from, so don't be too hard on yourself.
I've been working from home for three years, and I hit my limit too. So I created a separate 'work space' inside my house where I only work there, and once I step out, I have a rule to completely rest. I also make an effort to go to the gym at least twice a week. I've realized that managing my physical health is really important.
Do you set specific work hours and stick to them? I try to strictly follow a 9-to-6 schedule. It was tough at first, but once it became a habit, it felt much better. I also only check emails during work hours, and unless something is urgent, I put it off until the next day.
I feel you... I also hit burnout in my second year of remote work, so I ended up switching to working at a café once a week. Changing the environment helped, and picking up a small hobby (like growing plants) brought some vitality back into my life. I'm doing a bit better now, but don't overdo it—on your days off, really take a break.
When burnout hits, you really don't feel like doing anything. I sought psychological counseling back then, and the expert's advice was a huge help. I also learned specific ways to set 'boundaries between work and life.' As for exercise, how about starting small—like trying just 5 minutes of stretching?
