This weekend I volunteered at a free coding class — it was fun

It was a small NGO program. I helped middle school students build their own self-introduction pages using HTML and CSS. At first I worried, 'What if they get bored?' But once we started, the kids actually focused even more.

Maybe because it was their first time creating a 'page of their own,' some asked for bright background colors, others begged to add animation effects... It was fascinating to see them not just following along but making it their own.

What made it even better was that it felt less like teaching and more like building something together. They recruit every other week, so I'm thinking of joining again if I have time.
