Anyone using the Claude Projects feature?
I'm trying to use it for sharing team documents, but I'm not sure if the Projects feature is suited for that purpose.
If anyone has used it, please let me know how you use it.

Agreed—the Projects feature is perfect for sharing team documents. Adding custom instructions inside a project also makes it easy to keep the team’s tone consistent.
But honestly, if the real purpose is to 'share' documents, wouldn't Notion or Google Docs be better? Claude Projects is more about maintaining the same context than about sharing. It doesn't have that feel of inviting outsiders to edit together.
Tried it. I load up a ton of PDFs—rulebooks and meeting minutes—and use it like, 'Answer based on these documents.' It's so convenient not having to attach files every time.
Got a source? Isn't this only available on the team plan?
Isn't that old news? Back in the day, the file count limit per project was pretty tight, but I recall it's been increased a bit these days. That said, if the size is large, it's still slow lol
To sum up: 1) If it's a fixed document you'll refer to repeatedly, it's a project. 2) If it's a document multiple people edit together in real time, it's not a project. If you sort by this criterion, you'll get your answer.
