Has anyone tried automating work with Claude AI?
I've been using Claude AI to automate repetitive email responses lately. If you craft the prompts well, it generates replies that are almost as natural as a human's, but it occasionally says something odd, so proofreading is essential. Has anyone else been using AI for other tasks? Please share any tips if you have them!

I'm using it to automate customer inquiry classification. Splitting prompts by category significantly improved accuracy. I also make sure to review them manually, especially for inquiries mixed with emotions, as it's better for a human to handle those directly.
I'm also working on email automation, but sometimes Claude throws in random jokes that make things awkward, lol. Still, if you create a few templates and handle exceptions well, it's pretty useful.
I use it for summarizing meeting minutes. It organizes long conversations into structured key points, saving me a lot of time. However, it sometimes misunderstands when there are many technical terms, so a tip is to include a glossary in the prompt.
How do you handle personal information filtering when automating emails? I sometimes get anxious when creating responses that include customer information, so I added separate rules for that. Would love to hear about your experiences!
