How are you preparing for the second-half recruitment season?
I'm planning to apply for the second-half IT recruitment this year. How is everyone else preparing? I've been solving algorithm problems and reviewing basic CS concepts. Do you think I need an interview study group as well?
People around me say the technical interview matters more than the personality interview, so I'm focusing on the technical side. I'm also organizing my project experiences. I'm curious how others prepare their portfolios.
If there are others preparing together, I'd appreciate any advice!

Yeah, right. The technical interview is the most important.
Be sure to join an interview study group; it's way better than going solo.
How far did you get in the coding test?
I also prepared for the regular recruitment last year, and a lot of project-related questions came up in the technical interview. I found it important to write specifically about the parts I actually contributed to in my portfolio.
I recommend organizing your portfolio on GitHub and posting study content on a blog. Interviewers tend to want to see actual code.
I hear IT open recruitment has decreased a lot these days, but I'm not sure… There aren't as many places hiring as before, so competition seems even fiercer. Even those who prepare often end up failing.

I found project experience more helpful than CS fundamentals. In interviews, there were actual code reviews and design pattern questions, so I focused on troubleshooting experiences from my projects when preparing.
