Using Copilot at Work Has Doubled My Productivity
Our team leader distributed MS Copilot licenses to all employees, and it's truly a game-changer. When I request data analysis in Excel, it automatically creates charts; in Outlook, it summarizes meeting notes; and when making reports in PowerPoint, it suggests templates. Especially in team chat, saying "Summarize last week's marketing report" and getting an immediate response is incredibly convenient. However, I'm a bit concerned about personal data security, so I think sensitive data needs to be managed separately. If any companies have adopted this, let's discuss.

Doubling productivity would be amazing! I haven't tried it yet, but I'm especially curious about the PowerPoint template suggestion feature. It seems like it could really cut down meeting prep time.
Our company hasn't adopted it yet, and I'm curious about the cost-effectiveness. I've heard the license price is quite steep. Would it be possible to share information on monthly costs or ROI?
Wow, I'm really envious! Our company is also considering adopting it, and hearing that it actually doubles productivity is quite impactful. The automatic Excel chart generation feature is especially appealing.
On the contrary, our team adopted it but then stopped due to security issues. They said there was a risk of customer data leaking externally. Still, it's useful for personal work, but company policy gets in the way.
Excel's analysis features are great! But sometimes it recommends weird charts, so I always double-check the results. Still, it definitely saves time.
I've had a similar experience. At first, it was fascinating and I used it a lot, but over time, I became so dependent on it that I felt like my basic skills were actually deteriorating. I think using it in moderation is key.
It's really convenient, but I sometimes miss context when using the summary feature in team chats. Still, I can feel the overall productivity improvement. As for security, we're handling it by creating separate regulations.
Privacy security issues are really concerning, aren't they? We avoid asking Copilot about sensitive data altogether and only process it through internal servers. Have you received any security guidelines from your team leader?
