I feel the same way. My company made a big fuss last year about adopting AI tools, but the actual internal training was just a one-time, two-hour session. Development is moving insanely fast, but the number of people who actually know how to put it to use hasn’t changed. Ultimately, regulatory discussions matter, but before that, the more urgent problem seems to be how to raise the speed at which organizations catch up.
