Has anyone tried practicing English conversation with ChatGPT? Does it actually work?

I'm thinking about using ChatGPT to improve my English conversation skills. When I tried talking to it using voice input, it responded quite naturally. However, it sometimes generates awkward sentences or loses context, so it doesn't seem perfect yet. Has anyone here consistently used ChatGPT for English study? I'm curious if it actually helped improve real conversation skills.
