Anyone here switched from Cursor to Claude Code?
I’ve been using Cursor lately, but I keep hearing that Claude Code is great.
If anyone has switched, I’d love to hear your review. Paying for two subscriptions feels like a bit of a waste lol

Got a source? I’ve only seen a ton of posts saying Cursor is great lol
I switched over. But to get right to the point: if I had to pick just one of the two, I’d go with Claude Code. Cursor is about the comfort of using it inside the IDE, while Claude Code is about the feel of putting it to work across multiple files from the terminal—they’re different in character. Try it for a day or two and decide for yourself.
Honestly, I'm not so sure about that. The idea that Claude Code is unconditionally better is just what YouTubers say—it depends on the project size and language. For Python, I find Claude Code more comfortable, but for frontend, Cursor is glued to my hands, so I use both. You're not just looking for an excuse to use both while saying it's a waste of money, are you? lol
