Was using Cursor and suddenly felt like scrapping all my code and starting over lol
The code the AI wrote for me actually runs, but… since none of it is mine, I feel zero sense of accomplishment lol
How do you all deal with this emptiness? Should I just rewrite it by hand again?

Well, that’s a bit… Isn’t it a waste of time to rewrite it by hand just because that feeling of emptiness is such a waste? Just put out the result, and I’ll handle the maintenance.

LOL I totally relate to this. After quickly building a component with Cursor, I felt empty thinking, "Wait, what did I even do?"

How to deal with that emptiness: read the code AI wrote line by line and add comments on why it was written that way. That way, at least the understanding becomes yours. If you skip reading it, you’ll be in real trouble when a bug hits later.
