Cristian Gabriel Romero (born 27 April 1998) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a centre-back. He currently plays for Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League and the Argentina national team. Romero was born in Villa María, Córdoba Province, Argentina. He showed talent for football from a young age and started playing at the local club CA Barcelona (Argentina).
