Kim Gi-dong
Overview
Kim Gi-dong (김기동; 金基東) is a South Korean former footballer and football manager. During his playing career, he played as a defender in the K League, and after retirement he followed the path of a manager, leading Pohang Steelers and reorganizing them into a team with the competitiveness to contend near the top of the league; he later took charge of FC Seoul and is regarded as one of the representative managers of K League 1. He is well known for his organized tactics and ability to develop young players.
