Early Life and Education
Lim Lara was born on May 12, 2003, in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. She learned piano and ballet from a young age, and in elementary school she was the main vocalist of the school choir. After graduating from Seoul Arts High School's acting department, she entered the Department of Theater and Film at Chung-Ang University.
Singer Career
Lim Lara debuted in the music industry in 2020 with the single album [First Flutter] (첫 번째 설레임). This ballad gained great response for her clear voice and emotional lyrics. Later, in 2022, she released the mini album [Moonlight], and the title track "Under the Moonlight" (달빛 아래) entered the top ranks of various music charts. In 2021, she debuted as an actress in the leading role in the web drama [Our First Love] (우리들의 첫사랑). Afterwards, in 2022, she made her presence known by playing the supporting role Kang Da-eun in the tvN drama [Spring of Twenty] (스무 살의 봄). In 2023, she received acclaim for her delicate emotional acting in the movie [Your Gaze] (너의 눈빛), playing a high school student.
