I Played Games for 8 Hours This Weekend and Regret It, but I'm Happy

Facts, same here whenever the weekend hits lol
If you saw the ending, that's time well spent, I guess. I played for 8 hours and lost my save midway, which completely broke me ㅠㅠ From then on, setting an alarm every hour made the regret a little less. Of course, I never actually stick to it.
Well, saying 'I relieved my stress, so it's fine' sounds a bit like self-justification. If you regret it, why are you going to do the exact same thing next weekend...? The pattern is the problem—not the 8 hours itself, right?
Got a source? I’m most curious about what game it is.
