3 weeks into Python and I really don't think it's for me

I paid for an online course and I'm self-studying. I somehow made it through for loops, but as soon as classes came up, my brain just froze lol

Is this just me having no talent? How did you all stick with it?

It's not a talent issue, seriously. Getting to for loops in 3 weeks is normal speed.

But isn't it a bit hasty to conclude you have no talent after just 3 weeks? lol Classes are just naturally incomprehensible on the first day. Look back at it a month later, and you'll go, "Ah, so that's what it was."
