My company is introducing AI tools: what do you all use?

My team lead suggested we try adopting AI tools for work starting next month.

Our goals are mainly document summarization, meeting notes, and email drafts, and I’m curious which tools are actually useful in practice.

I’m also worried that external services might get rejected because of internal security.
