When coding, which is better: Claude or ChatGPT?
I'm working on a side project these days and I've just been generating code with GPT. But I keep hearing that Claude is better for code lol.
If anyone has used both paid versions, please share your review. I'm thinking about paying for just one, so I'm debating it.

I pay for both, and my conclusion is that they serve different purposes. GPT is convenient for pasting in the latest library syntax or error messages and tracing the cause, while Claude gives much cleaner results when you paste multiple files and ask it to refactor or ask, "How would you improve this structure?" In situations like a side project where you're thinking through the design on your own, I lean toward Claude. But if you're only going to pay for one, I'd just keep using what you're using now and test the other for free when you get credits.
