Summary of Findings from a Health Checkup in My 30s
I get one every year, but this year the results sheet was unusually long. To sum up what the doctor said, it ultimately comes down to lifestyle habits.
- Borderline cholesterol: cut back on greasy food and exercise more
- Slightly elevated liver levels: doctor told me to drink less (this is the hardest part)
- Blood pressure at the upper end of the normal range: fix my habit of eating salty food
- Vitamin D deficiency: get some sunlight and take supplements
Since they say that starting to manage your health in your 30s determines your 40s, I'm thinking I really need to take this seriously.

Agreed, you really need to get a handle on this in your 30s. I'm in my 40s, and everything I neglected in my 30s is coming back to bite me lol
