Any recommendations for government-funded courses?

I'd like to learn Python data analysis, but there are so many government-funded programs that I'm not sure which ones are any good. If you've taken any, I'd appreciate your recommendations.

Government-funded courses are a real gamble when it comes to instructors, so it’s better to check instructor reviews before institution reviews. Even at the same institution, everything is completely different once the instructor changes.

Look up job postings and check how much of the curriculum is hands-on. If it’s all theory, it’s a waste of time.
