Should I open a housing subscription account now, even at this point?
I'm in my early 30s and still don't have a housing subscription account. I'm not sure if it's worth opening one now, or if I'd be better off just putting my money somewhere else.

Isn't it better to just make it in advance? lol It's not like you'd be losing anything by not making it.
I also opened one late, in my early 30s. I haven’t won, but without the account, you don’t even get a chance.
Well, I’m not so sure about that. These days, even if you win a housing subscription, the sale price is similar to nearby market prices, so many people say it’s not the lottery it used to be. It’s hard to say that just building more is the answer. You need to look at the area and the sale price first.
Setting one up takes only five minutes, but the catch is that it takes a long time to build up points. Start by checking the payment recognition period and region-specific requirements, then plan your strategy. The bottom line: create one now, even if you're starting late.
