I signed up for a gym through company benefits, but I only went 3 days
I got a gym membership in January and went 3 days. Starting next month, I'm really going to go... How does everyone manage to stay consistent?

Yeah, for me too, three days was the max.
Rather than deciding which day to go, I decided on a time, and that naturally led me to go regularly.
Still, you went for three days. I only registered and didn't go.
Home workouts seem better these days. Don't waste your money lol.
Try getting a few PT sessions. Since you're spending more money, you'll make yourself go even if you don't want to.
When you go to the gym, don't you just end up fiddling with your phone the whole time? That was my problem, so I just put my phone in the locker and went about my workout.
Well, even if it comes out next month, wouldn't it be the same? lol
On rainy days, I just can't bring myself to go. I guess, more than doing it perfectly, it's important to keep at it consistently, even if it's just a little at a time.
You know how they say people are driven by routine, not willpower? Just going at the same time every day is the easiest.
I've been working out for 8 years, and you just need to push through the first 3 months. Honestly, it's totally normal not to enjoy it before that.
